Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.  Safe-Step Flooring is located in Spokane, Washington.  Orders may take up to 72 hours to process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policy
Please call or email for a return authorization. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all sheet material returned for credit, 30% on Swim Platform Pads. All items must be in good unused condition and packaging must remain intact or restocking fee will be 30%.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
